Gameplay is fine but overall this game is to short taking only something like 7 hours to finish.
This game is beautiful, but you need a fast computer to run it. It is short, but the myriad of mission types from stealth to assault and the seamless changes between different modes make it fun and interesting. I am definitely eagerly waiting for the next installment.
so many negative reviews due to DRM problems. You can almost smell the gunpowder, feel the heat from the flames. Just like the original, it is about making tactical choices and lots of freedom in reaching your objective. You don't just play this game. so I went ahead and bought it. I'm so glad I did. This game is awesome. I was on the fence about buying this game. and you're right in the middle of it.
Have you noticed that most people who rate the game poorly and sound angry have NOT played it, while those who have played it RAVE about it. Once the tank starts shelling you, mowing down the palm trees and burning up the huts around, you feel this is real. Sure, you can get spooked by chimeras of DRM and resentfully stay on the sidelines, or you can take action and engage in a fantastic ride & cinematic battles for hours of fun. much more fun to play. Luckily there were few sane voices dismissing all this. you savor every moment of it.Don't listen to DRM bashes.
It is more fast-paced, cinematic than the original Crysis, with a good doze of humor sprinkled in. It feels a lot more organic and better put-together than the original. SecuROM won't give you any problems. This is the first tactical choice in Crysis Warhead, and it is yours to make.
Until they come to their senses and revoke this ridiculous and invasive software I will NOT buy anymore EA games.
Guys this game is waaaaay too short. Finished it in a couple of casual afterwork nights (3 or 4 nights max). Graphics and gameplay were good but don't think its worth the price for such a short game. I'm sure those who played it will agree.
